Great person to have your children look up to. A selfless person who lived for Christ, tried to tell the world about him, and tried to help abolish the slave trade. A true Christian Hero.

The production of this book is fantastic.
It doesn't go into a lot of detail or in depth in a lot of areas but a great story.

Amazing man

I don’t think there are people like David Livingston anymore! His single-mindedness and stubborn determination to do whatever he decided he wanted to do was so astonishing that I almost feel he was crazy. I have never met anyone even close to what he was like, so that’s why I say I don’t think people like him exist anymore.

Great book! fantastic story telling, accurate accounting and overall very inspiring. God really used Dr. Livingstons tenacity and disregard for personal safety to pave the way for the gospel to the interior of Africa.
