The dash diet is for the long term.

The dash diet is for the long term. It's very healthy. Hadn't been on it a month before I could reduce my blood pressure medication. Loosing weight much slower than I would like but am pleased with feeling better and healthier.

Nice audiobook!

This book has helped me tremendously! My doctor recommended the Dash Diet for my high blood pressure. I have to say, it was not easy to break my addiction to sugar. Down almost 40lbs from following this diet. I also exercize now its getting much easier. My blood work is all good and was able to get off acid reflux medication and one of my blood pressure pills!!!

Dash diet I research in terms of the effects on health in general and on weight changes during the diet. Here are all the principles and benefits of Dash diet. In this book, a large selection of recipes for every day, some of them liked me and my family.
