Really great.

Really great advice for healthy eating! I like that I count my servings instead of calories! Been following the diet plan for two weeks and I've already lost 6 pounds and I never go hungry. I haven't followed the meal plans but I personalized my meals around the dash diet concepts.

I was very excited!

I was very excited to start this new plan of eating. By following the plan I did lose 7 pounds in the first two weeks. Very easy to follow and foods are common foods that you can pick up in your neighborhood grocery store. Would highly recommend it.

Worked for me! Lost 5 lbs effortlessly and am still going. It makes the changes in your diet and your way of thinking very easy to manage. The menus and shopping lists are very helpful. It's a no-nonsense listen that works!

Great book.

Great book. It has become my weight loss bible. First to weeks were tough yo get through but after that, easy to follow plans. If your looking to make a lifestyle change, this book is for you. As per my doctor, I am on this food plan to avoid taking meds for pre-diabetes. So far I feel great.

The book provided very helpful information.

The book provided very helpful information and guidance for a healthy and successful diet. This book is an answer to my prayers. I have lost 5 pounds in less than a month. It is just not a diet but a healthy way to eat for the rest of your life. Would buy it again. Would recommend to anyone trying to get their hypertension low.

Excellent book.

Excellent book relating the elements of the Dash diet and how to successfully lose weigh in a very healthy way. I have tons more energy and feel great!!! It's a little difficult to start but give it a chance and hang in there. It gets easier. It can get a little pricey as everyone knows eating healthy is more expensive. Find a farmer's market, it's much cheaper.

Awesome book! Very easy to listen, understand and follow! Straightforward information and a diet plan that allows real affordable foods! I've been on it for one week and I feel better already! Worth a look! I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, feel healthy and look great!

Gave a clear understanding!

Gave a clear understanding of how the diet works. I liked that it provided a shopping list. Do wish the recipes would have provided calories and other nutritional information along with sodium levels. Love the book, losing weight, eating, exercising, and living a healthier life!

I can't imagine my life

I can't imagine my life without this book ! Love it ! Dash Diet Cookbook for Beginners: This book is fantastic! I am not vegan, but have been trying to get more veggies in my diet and this book is the perfect tool for doing just that. Easy, assessible recipes without the need for fancy ingredients but does not skimp on variety or complexity of flavors. Very interesting book !

someone with hypertension

someone with hypertension, like me, perfect way to get my blood pressure back on tract. easy to listen recipes. i love the way the author talks about the different foods and what the health benefits are for each one.and such variety so many different foods to choose from.the recipes are simple with ingredients that are common in most kitchens.

This book provides a very good place

This book provides a very good place to begin and has better explanations that much of the information I found searching online about a good diet for anyone. In reviewing the book I found that this would work for my diet, but also for anyone desiring to eat a more nutritious diet. I started approximately a weeks ago and am getting better at following the diet. I've lost 2 pounds so far as this is big change in my diet. I would recommend this book as a source for anyone wishing to improve their health, slow the progression , or just to eat healthier and lose weight.

Healthy lifestyle!

I don't have many cookbooks in my closet, so I appreciate the easy to follow format. This books guides one through an eating plan from shopping list to recipes, while stressing the importance of moving at a comfortable pace and making changes that will be for the long-term. I have a family history of hypertension, and it "woke me up" to the importance of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle!

This could not be easier to do.

This could not be easier to do, and the results are awesome. This will definitely be my new way of eating for a lifetime. The weight is coming off and my blood pressure and diabetes numbers are in the normal range for the first time in a long time! I can't say enough good things about this. I don't consider this a diet but a new lifestyle that is extremely simple to follow.

The book has a lot of good recipes

The book has a lot of good recipes, tips and facts. Easy to follow and listen. I would suggest as a beginners guide but a book with more variety should be purchased once you a feel for the recipes and techniques used in this book.

I would suggest buying it if you are interested in Dash and looking to give it a try.

Wow! I like it!

Really, really enjoying this book. The instructions are clear and concise. Most of the recipes are easily adapted to be dairy free. This book contains many delicious recipes and will give your instant pot a good workout and remove any intimidation a new instant pot owner might feel. Amazing book! Wow! I am happy! Thanks
