The hardest part about sodium for the average dieter is staying away from the hidden sources like dressings and in processed foods.

The focus on the diet is whole foods and an overall healthier lifestyle which aims to make people feel younger and improve chronic conditions. A brief book on Dash Diet.

Easy to understand audible, great meal plans for everyone, manageable recipes. I will be using this book for meal planning. Love that I have so many ideas in one book.....

Simple but good.........

This book is for a decent dietary plan concentrating on people suffering from hypertension. It is a valuable good with lots of additional information and tips. There are a lot of recipes that completely respects its title and is complete. The only problem is that there are no pictures and notional values on each recipe and the book format is not constant - some are bold letters, some are not. Doubles spaces and not sorted out numbers from titles. Still, an overall great book.

Delicious and easy to make.

All of these dash diet recipes are delicious and easy to make, dash diet recipes are ever famous for weight loss that is the reason I get it because this is a demand of my husband. Now my husband is happy and satisfied with these so I giving highest rating thanks.
