Great book to read

I am very experienced in the kitchen and give the Dash Diet Cookbook for Beginners my highest recommendation. You can cook anything in it using little oil or no fat. It is exceptional and the food comes out outstanding. My research and use confirms it to be a superior brand as well. Careful of impostors that make claims and do not deliver. Wow amazing to read it!

Awesome purchase

Well done! Usually whenever I get a cookbook I read through it hoping to get some new interesting recipes and it's only a handful as a rule. Everything is different with this cookbook... it provides almost endless ideas for various meals such as breakfasts, dinners, gives you the opportunity to rpepare amazing desserts. Get this recipe book, you'r going to absolutely love it if you're short on the cooking ideas to spare.

Awesome purchase for my family!

This book is extremely thorough and has recipes for the pantry which I find very useful. For example, did you know that you can make yogurt with your Dash Diet? I never knew that! There are recipes for mayo, broths, applesauce, caramelized onions. Lovely!

I purchased this audible book for my daughter who has been struggling with chronic migraine disease, occipital neuralgia and celiac disease. I found it so informative and easy to follow that I got it for myself! I love the 4 action plans that are laid out in the book. I am a vegan and it was wonderful to see that option listed as an action plan. This an excellent book to help you get control of your health through diet. Thank you very much!

Thank you author! I fell in love with this cookbook by Jeff Jones as soon as I saw it. I don't know why – probably because it has been well designed and offered all those recipes I've wanted to try in my ninja foodi for a long time now. Awesome purchase

Great! I love this book!! This is a BIG book with a lot of hints and tips for using an Dash Diet.. A wealth of recipes that are down to earth with no hard to find ingredients. Don't take a lot of work to make either. "Roadmaps" to make a recipe suit your likes and dislikes as well as standard recipes. Good! That's amazing! Awesome book!
