Yummy cookbook

Thanks! This is the perfect dash diet cookbook for all, especially for a beginner. Recipes are delicious and very easy to cook. The recipes in this cookbook are super easy to follow and require minimal ingredients. I found that I have most of the ingredients already. So I am looking forward to prepare the foods now. Good diet for beginners

Hello, Interesting to learn to my surprise the Dash Diet has been the number one diet for years now. I like Dash Diet! Gone are the benefits of limits to fat and large bowls of pasta to make way for health fats and produce with limits on carbs. Thanks
