Fast recipes!

I love the recipes and how they are separated by meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc). Wonderful diet plan, simple to use, recipes are great, not difficult to prepare and are not time consuming. Good book!

This book is kind of the opposite. It’s really all about the diet. It tries to teach you everything you need to know about the diet and how to really take full advantage of the benefits of the diet. Great Dash Diet book.

The information in the beginning of the book regarding the DASH diet is well thought out and easy to listen. I love that it touches on other aspects of health, as well (exercise, sleep, hydration, etc.).

Easy to follow

The book is in excellent

The book is in excellent condition and arrived earlier than estimated. It contains great information and is easy to read. I have extremely high blood pressure and am hoping that following the DASH diet will help lower it.

Super tasty
