Bex: I was abducted by aliens... twice. At some point, a girl has to admit luck isn't on her side. Maybe if I keep my head down and let the more important people deal with all of the craziness, my life will quiet down, and I’ll finally have some peace. All I have to do is stay off everyone’s radar. No luck needed for that, right? Uulos: I have dedicated my existence to the Ascension--to the perfection of myself through cybernetic enhancement. My crewmates consider me cold, aloof, and robotic. And I do not discourage such opinions. But now I have found someone among the crew that is not so different from me. Someone who knows what it is like to be isolated from the others. Only, fate is sometimes cruel, and I know this union can never be.
