Publisher's Summary

He’s everything she has ever desired. But there’s only one way to keep her man alive: let him go.

With Nasir’s life on the line, Eva makes a deal with the devil. She slips away to return to Dimitri, the mob boss who held her captive for years, only to step into a new world of trouble. Abducted by one of Dimitri’s most cunning adversaries, Eva finds herself an unwitting pawn in a dangerous game of cat and mouse.

When Eva disappears, Naz is prepared to do anything to find her. Tracking her to the remote regions of Portugal is just the beginning of the hunt. Bewitched by Eva’s beauty, the darkly seductive spy who abducted her now has more than business on his mind, but the only way for the trio to defeat Dimitri is to work together…despite the explosive desires threatening to consume them.

With a game so deadly and the stakes so high, Naz and Eva’s love will be tested in ways neither of them could foresee…or perhaps survive.

Brilliantly performed by Aiden Snow & Lidia Dornet

Dangerous Desires is book two in the Dangerous Beauty trilogy by J.T. Geissinger, and let me tell you that this fabulous series just keeps getting better and better!

Dangerous Desires starts up right where the previous book left off, and it was such an amazing page-turner. Fast-paced, cleverly written, and well executed, this is by far the best, and the most gripping story I have read in a while. Brilliant, just brilliant!!

This book was so freaking amazing, and full of surprises. I loved following Eva and Naz's journey, and since I like to keep it spoiler free, all I'm going to say is buckle up, because this is going to be a wild ride.

I higly recommend this awesome series. Can't wait for Dangerous Games - Book #3 .

This ARC was provided by the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

However, I purchased my audible version of it and it was UTTERLY AMAZING, and Brilliantly performed by Aiden Snow & Lidia Dornet!

Surprise

This author is an amazing writer and one of my top 5 go to authors. This 2nd book didn’t resonate with me like book 1. I gave it 4 stars as the writing is great and the characters are as well I just felt the ending was so predictable. Hopefully Killian is watching this kidnap go down.

Felt like filler

This could easily be a 2 book series. J. T. is good at weaving a story and developing characters plus enjoys misdirection which makes for a fast read. Now to wait for the final installment in November.

Suspenseful and Steamy

“The strongest steel is forged by fire, and so are the strongest souls. Your light is so much more beautiful because of your darkness. Your heart is so much more open because it’s been hollowed out by knives. And though I surely would’ve loved the younger, more innocent you, I adore you even more because all your broken pieces sing to mine.”

Oh my my... I loved this one even more so then the first book. Naz wakes from the hospital to find that Eva is no longer there and moves heaven and earth to go find her. Eva thinks she is saving Naz by leaving to go back to Demetri freely who is threatening to kill him if she doesn’t. On her way to dock she is taken by Killian who thinks she is Demetri’s wife and in on his sick demented ways. He learns what is really going on but starts to fall for Eva in the process of saving her life and keeping her safe. I actually really liked Killian at the end and kinda hope he gets his own story. It was amusing to see him and Naz go all alpha male over Eva.
I cant’ wait for the next one!

WoW....Killian??

The story picks up where it left off in the first book. Eva leaves Naz to return to Dimitre in order to protect Naz from Dimitre. Unfortunately, a new bad guy enters named Killian. The only thing we know about him is that he is irish. He kidnaps Eva to satisfy his own agenda to get back at Dimitre. He believes that Eva and Dimitre are lovers, partners, husband and wife and hates her at first sight. When she challenges him, he beats her badly.

Just when we start wondering if Eva and Naz will ever get together, they finally do. I like their humerous banter but sometimes it seems it goes on too long. Anyway, they finally do get together and magic happens.

I like it that Eva, Naz and Killian join forces to bring down Dimitre. I also like the macho struggle between Naz and Killian.....too funny but sometimes Naz's threats seem harmless and superficial in comparison to the very real threats that Killian makes.

The only thing I'm not liking are the cliffhangers. I HATE CLIFFHANGERS!!!!! Also, I think the story could be told in 2 books, not 3....probably even 1.

Can’t wait for the final book.

Some might complain about the cliff-hangers in the Dangerous series; but, these are so well written, and plotted, and edited, and performed, I simply don’t care. They need to quit being so petty.
