I didn't realize how much actually goes into the tea process until listening to this. I'd never really thought about tea for health benefits beyond peppermint, so I learned a lot. The Custom Blends for Specific Needs chapter really caught my attention, especially learning that chamomile and valerian root have benefits beyond just helping with sleep. I'm excited to try some of these blends and see how they might help with things like anxiety and PMS.

I also learned a lot about brewing methods, especially cold brewing. I've honestly only ever made hot tea at home, so I'm looking forward to trying something new. I deal with headaches often and usually reach for over-the-counter options, so I'd like to see if any of these natural tea recipes help.
