This book is mind blowing. It just blow my mind away. The authors effort highly reflected in every portion of it. Before reading this one i thought it was an average book but after reading this now i can say that its an extraordinary one. Just fall in love with this book.

Many people read the selfhelp books and then get lost in the contemplations about it, planning how and suddenly they found themselves lost.
This books clearly and in friendly way presents the minimum amout of steps start improving your live by establishing disciplined approach to your actions. Really well written. Just read it, do it and you can contemplate later about the results and improve it on the way.

It's an amazing self-help guidebook

It's an amazing self-help guidebook, and I found it well written too. I was looking for exactly this type of self-help guidebook since last month. This book helped me to know & learn various useful self-discipline habits that what I can implement in my daily life. I read a lot of self-help books for both myself personally and for my business. Self-Discipline can be a tricky thing. For both my clients and me, it’s often the thing we fight against the most but when we have it in any aspect of our life, we are the happiest. This book not only explained this phenomenen but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible. As elusive as self-discipline can be, I felt for the first time it’s doable. It’s a quick read and I’m so thankful that I found this book. It’s a definite keeper!

This book takes you on a humorous, well written and well researched guide into our brains and the whys and how's of self-control. I highly recommend this book for anybody who has tried to make or break a habit, and definitely for anyone in a helping profession who is advising others on habits.

Helpful

Changed my life - helped me be much nicer and kinder to myself, thus improving motivation and productivity! Plus, it's like getting a Stanford course for under $20! Highly recommended, am buying for all my friends and family. It's one of those books that will help people even if they don't realize they need the help. It's not just another self-help book; it teaches you WHY we do things we do and that we do ultimately have the choices and options to have better control over our lives.

RECOMMENDED

The implications of neuroscience for will power are many and varied, and the author brings all of them (presently known) into play in a breezy, example-filled, narrative. While the book has numerous practical suggestions, I found it interesting for the surprise applications of recent neuroscience research and experiments. These insights are laid out in easily understandable packets of
informal prose, so using this book to induce sleep is not an option. I recommend it without reservation to anyone who has will power and want s to understand it better, or to anyone who wants it.

GOOD

I heard about this book from a group and all those conversion took my attention. After hearing from that group, I didn’t wait so long to grab this self-help guidebook. It didn’t disappoint me rater this book helped me to know so many things about self-discipline. Excellent

Possessing self-discipline requires having an internal desire, drive, and motivation that propels you forward toward your goal. I enjoyed this book more than I expected!

I enjoyed this book more than I expected! I am usually skeptical of new or self published authors but I guess I should be more open minded because this was defiantly a great surprise. I learned many ways how to increase my willpower and sense of self discipline.

Best book

Will Power is an overused and poorly understand phenomenon. The author uses realistic examples and clear, specific details about the body's chemistry as it interacts with our brains to enhance or frustrate our efforts at management of our will power. She also uses many examples drawn fro the experiences of students in her classes. Even if you have no difficulty with your own will power, this book gives you interesting insights into its place in the human psyche and the manner in which it functions

Great Book

I have experienced many workshops and read portions of many books. This one captured my attention and held it to the very end. This book informs and gives examples of how to implement this material into real life. I am excited to re-read and highlight until my hearts content. We all struggle with this at varing degrees. A short but informative read.

A short but informative read. There are no fillers here. I would say that reading this book is a great help for me in order to stay focused and be motivated enough to achieve my goals and improve my life. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book and I do appreciate the information written herein. I highly recommend the book to have a new perspective on Self-Discipline.
