Publisher's Summary

Could the fear of dogs make you anxious to go for a walk in the park?

Do you know what causes you to be afraid of dogs?

What if there was a way you could overcome the fear of dogs in less than 14 days?

Sure! There's a way.

And if you want to stay calm, relaxed, and in control around dogs as quickly as possible or to know precisely what to do when a stray dog attacks you…regardless of the circumstance… then you want to listen to this audiobook.

If fear keeps you safe and makes you cautious that’s fine, but if a fear of dogs stops you from going to certain places or doing certain things then it’s time to change the balance.

Overcoming the fear of dogs and being in control around dogs isn’t as complicated as your subconscious mind or imagination wants you to believe.

This audiobook is the shortcut.

  • You don't need to: starve yourself the early morning walk/running you need to lose stubborn hip, belly, and thigh fat and keep it off because of a fear of dogs.
  • You don't need to: regularly avoid hanging out at a friend’s place or visiting family relations to avoid the embarrassment of meeting a dog.
  • You don't need to: allow your childhood experiences with puppies restrict you the benefit of living the life you desire without anxiety.
  • You don't need to: grind out hours of monotonous hypnosis to overcome the fear of dogs and live free to the core. Getting the liberty you need is much simpler than that.
  • You don't need to: wallow entirely in weak willpower while dealing with cynophobia since you cannot trace the source of the problem.

Those are just a few of the harmful lies and myths that keep you from ever achieving the calm, relaxed, secure, and perfect freedom you genuinely desire.

And from this audiobook you are going to learn something most cynophobes will never know.

Here are just a few of the things you're going to learn from this audiobook:

  • The five practical hacks Julia used to overpower her fear of dogs in less than 14 days after enrolling in our cynophobia treatment program. You will find Julia’s story in chapter three.
  • How to reprogram your mind to react appropriately to the company of dogs.
  • An all-in-one training system that delivers maximum results for your efforts, helping you teach your kids how they can overcome the fear of dogs at their level since 70 percent of cynophobia are traced to childhood encounters with puppies.
  • An easy-to-follow process that will teach you how to defend yourself when attacked by a stray dog.
  • How to master the "inner game of beating cynophobia" and develop the self-discipline and willpower it takes to build the confidence of your dreams (and enjoy the process!).
  • The 21 Do's and Don't's around dogs that, when applied, can save you from a dog bite and help avoid getting into further problems with puppies for the rest of your life.
  • You will be exposed to highly professional treatment options for cynophobia.
  • And a whole lot more!

Imagine...just 14 days from now...being complimented continuously on how bold you have become facing dogs or even keeping one for yourself.

Very useful book!

think this book is a great resource. I am a dog trainer and have recommended this book to many clients over the past few years. My clients have reported to me time and time again that they found the book to be priceless. They feel it helped them understand their dogs better and gave them the tools to help them more effectively. I will continue to suggest this to any client with a fearful dog and to trainers who work with them. I think it's great!

Great book for dog owners

This book should be required reading for anyone who has a dog, fearful or not. You will learn that you can help your dog overcome his fears rather than using punishment. Any behaviorist will tell you that punishment does not help an animal overcome fear, including humans.

Very helpful

This book has great tips for working with a shy/reserved dog. I have been using them, and although progress is slow...my shy dog has made amazing progress only one month post adoption!

A necessity if you have a fearful pup

Patricia McConnell is my go-to expert on dog behavior. She explains dog's, their thought process, how they learn, and how you can help them learn in an easy to understand and follow manner. Just be aware, this a smaller booklet and not a full sized book, it is worth every penny!

Really is a How-to Help book

This concise book is invaluable for people who have cautious, fearful or shy dogs. It is also helpful if you often encounter dogs like this type of dog--in rescue work, shelters, dog parks, etc. I have a dog who was rescued from a hoarding situation; unfortunately, she was not well-socialized with people for the first 1.5 years of her life. This book has helped me understand how to approach her fears.

This book is a how-to-be-more-gentle guide for vet

This book is a manual for every Pet Parent with a Happy Dog who turns into a Scardy Dog at vet visits. I particularly liked the section on preparing a puppy for all life experiences, both at the vet and elsewhere. I think this book is also a call to all veterinarians who consider themselves kind and gentle, but who continue to treat pets as a procedure (e.g. "a spay" or "a dental") instead of an emotional individual who will remember everything that happens.

This book will help make my dogs

This is a fantastic book for dog lovers. The idea of reducing fear, anxiety and stress for our pets in all aspects of their lives shouldn't be revolutionary, but it is. The book is peppered with practical tips - I found the separation anxiety and enrichment chapters particularly helpful -

Valuable Lessons About Dogs Behavior

This is a great collection of pictures demonstrating different behavior you would see a dog doing. Helps everyone to be informed so the experience with the dog is safe for the child or adult. I live in a complex that has many dogs so it was interesting to watch them in light of the information from this book.

Good read

Despite multiple grammatical errors, the story line kept me interested and I wasn't able to put it down. The chapters are short and it reads quickly, I finished the whole book in less than a day. I kind of wish it had lasted longer, but I'd been so ready to read it I kind of devoured it! I'm left craving the next book.

I have recently came out myself and trying

I found this book to be interesting to me personally. I have recently came out myself and trying to figure out how I can feel comfortable in my own skin. I'm a recovery addict with a little over 6 years clean through step work, I was able to figure out who I am. Thank you for writing this book. I wish you the best of luck in the future.

Loved this book !

As a late in life lesbian it was very nice to read someone else's story on coming out later in life. I really enjoyed reading this book and would recommend not only for anyone coming out later in life, but also for friends and family of those coming out later in life. It was a good peek into what it is like.

Excellent read!

I did not realize how much I was hurting myself by ignoring who I really am. Your story showed me that it is okay to be the person that I am. There are a couple of quotes that I read that have remained with me. The first is "There is no greater gift we give ourselves than to be authentic and stand in truth regardless of what the world may think." and the second one is "No one should live in their past,
