Publisher's summary

People who have read my book or worked with me describe this audiobook as transparent, empathetic, and transformative. I've taken a unique approach to divorce and child custody case preparation. You'll learn how to build your case around an individualized SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Analysis utilizing unique strategies and tactics empowering you to leverage the Strengths and Opportunities of your case while averting the Weaknesses and Threats of your case.

With this in mind, my audiobook focuses on 11 important considerations for preparing for trial:

  1. Having a winning game plan.
  2. Hiring the right attorney.
  3. Doing what's in the child's best interest.
  4. You can't over prepare.
  5. The way you look and act and the things you say in court make a difference.
  6. The truth doesn't have to answer the question.
  7. The high road is more challenging and more rewarding.
  8. Let the toasters go.
  9. Never involve the kids.
  10. Be careful about playing the victim.
  11. It's going to be expensive.

With almost 40 years of successful selling and marketing experience and a personal history of divorce and a successful custody trial, I'm certainly qualified to help you. Please check out my website for more information about me and how I work with my clients at: www.custodycoaching.com.

unrealistic

poorly written, poor advice. I dont think someone could have tried to put out a worse book if they were trying to do so.

revengeful and self serving recount of author’s custody battles

Author uses this book to bash and degrade his opponents and attorneys of his four, yes four, divorce and custody proceedings. The only person this book helps us the author, who seems to want to justify why judges ruled against or for him- and make money selling this book to desperate parents.
Not only a waste of my time and money, but very opinionated and biased advice.
