Find quotes from Cus instead and avoid this book.

The book was mediocre up until the end, where I have one question. Why the hell does Conor McGregor have a chapter in a Cus D'Amato book? The fact that this author dedicated the end to McGregor to talk about how great he is, is pathetic. The final chapter of this toilet paper on tape, is a slap to the face of Cus D'Amato.

D'Amato tells us nothing new

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Yes More depth and scope is needed on the person in question. Some actual tips on training and preparation for fights would have been handy.

What could R. Shaw have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Get some viable information on D' Amato 's training tips, his early life and boyhood. How did he get into boxing training and why did he enjoy training boxers?

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Jim D. Johnston?

Mike Tyson.

If this book were a film would you go see it?

Never.
