Publisher's summary

Ainsley Connor is determined to turn her back on her shifter past.

But the wolves of Tarker's Hollow call on her to choose the next alpha, and Ainsley becomes the object of desire for every eligible wolf in the quiet college town.

Surrounded by seductive shifters, all desperate to claim her, Ainsley wants nothing more than to leave the pack behind forever. But her newfound passions will not be ignored.

Ainsley soon finds herself torn between the mysterious stranger with the dark secret, the gorgeous and loyal friend from her past, and the hunky sheriff that wants her all to himself.

And the shifters aren't even the strangest part of Tarker's Hollow.

As she struggles to come to terms with her true nature, Ainsley is thrust into the center of a steamy web of shifters, ghosts, witches, and warlocks, caught up in a life-and-death struggle for control of the pack she tried to abandon.

But for Ainsley Connor, the toughest wolf she must face might just be the one inside herself.

Great story!!!

Ainslee has to choose a new alpha for the Tarker'sHollow wolf pack and it is the last thing she wants to do. This story picks up where the first book ends ... but who should it be? The one man both she and her dead father know would be the best for the pack and her ... or someone else who would be willing to let her go live her life somewhere far from Tarker's Hollow? Fully fleshed characters and a plot with unusual twists and outcomes round out this book and leaves you wanting more.

What an awesome unbelievably fantastic series. So packed full of action, mystery, drama & wildness you will be amazed and pulled on this wild ride from start to finish.
There is on little scene of a girl on girl not my thing but oddly it did add to what the author was try to portray in the storyline.
If you love shifters then come take walk on the wild side with the Tarker's Hollow shifters.

Love this series!

What did you love best about Curse of the Alpha: Episodes 3 & 4?

Ainsley is finally opening her mind to the workings of her hometown and discovering all the secrets they hold.

Any additional comments?

After listening to the first two episodes I had to find out what happened in these two episodes. I was not dissapointed! Ainsley finally starts down a path where she will either embrace her wolf or run from it forever without looking back. Can't wait to see what happens next with Ainsley and her hometown.

Exciting Story!

I really enjoyed the audible version of Curse of the Alpha: Episodes 3&4! The characters continue to be amazing and the storyline kept me enthralled. I can't wait to see what else develops between Ainsley and Eric. I really want to see what happens to Clive and Julian, too. Highly recommended!!

Holy Crazytown! I need Episodes 5 & 6 immediately!

The story was absolutely amazing. It kept me interested the entire time.

What other book might you compare Curse of the Alpha: Episodes 3 & 4 to and why?

I don't really think it can compare to any others. There are so many that have witches and werewolves but Ms. black takes it to a whole new level and adds her own twists and unique attributes.

Which character – as performed by Addison Spear – was your favorite?

Ainsley - she put the most emotion into it

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

All I have to say is I need Episodes 5 & 6 like yesterday!!

Any additional comments?

I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. May contain some spoilers.

This book starts where the last left off. Ainsley just faced off against Julian. There is no sign of him anywhere. Ainsley proceeds to clean out her family home. Many people come through the house and slowly items are removed. I can't figure out Ainsley's hesitation to consider Erik for Alpha other than perhaps she feels she will fall in love with him and want to stay but she refuses to consider her parents' wishes. On top of all the male suitors that she has to fend off it turns out that women are also candidates. She has a very lose encounter of the lesbian kind and boy is it HOT!!

Ultimately Ainsley decides to make Clive the sheriff the Alpha. When she makes the decision she invites him over for dinner. Everything is extremely awkward between them. When they finally get to her bedroom she decides she isn't quite ready and begins to ask him questions to get to know him. Then the truth comes out.

I didn't know why but I just wasn't interested in Clive's character during the first 2 parts of the story. Now I do. I have to say, I didn't suspect him but I knew it couldn't have been Ainsley. I hope that Ainsley whoops his butt more than she does.

Again Erik becomes her savior. Episode 4 ends with Ainsley and Erik preparing to take on a number of individuals.

Tasha Black is extremely talented in keeping you in the story. Not to mention she is very good at writing the juicy scenes. I absolutely cannot wait to read the final installments. All I have to say is that Ainsley better shape up and realize she is bad to the bone and that Erik is the only one for her. #TeamErik

Steamy, and Suspenseful with Shocking Twist!

Episodes 3 & 4 picks right up where the last book ends but have several surprising twist that you do not see coming! May contain some spoilers.

In the beginning of episode 3, Ainsley is about to shift into her wolf form to kill the person who is caught breaking into her father's study and office; however, something happens and she is unable to shift and the person escapes. With more family secretes coming out, she learns she is more than just a wolf.

While Ainsley considers choosing Clive as the next Alpha, Cressida visits Ainsley and they have a little F/F action. (This was my first story with a female with another female and it was an awkward scene but not bad.)

Once Ainsley has decided to mate Clive, and make him the next Alpha of the pack, a ghost from her past comes to her in the nick of time to stop her from making a mistake. However, Clive is not about to take "no" for answer.

All through the story Erik is miserable because he has feelings for Ainsley, and wants to be with her. He has a hard time excepting she will be with someone else. However, while Ainsley is on the run from Clive she finds herself in Erik's arms.

I enjoyed listening this story and thought the narrator did awesome job narrating these stories.
