Guía para superar la dependencia
Lo he escuchado 3 veces y no dejo de descubrir información que se asemeja completamente de forma acertada con respecto a mi propia experiencia, reconocer una relación tóxica después de haberla idealizado durante años es sorprendente. Entender por qué lo hemos sufrido y como hacer para no volver a caer en ello, no tiene precio. Me encantaría que estuvieran todos los libros de Silvia Congost en este formato de audiolibro.

Maravilloso y educativo
Me quitó el sombrero ante el análisis tan profundo que ha hecho esta psicóloga y escritora. En lo personal me ha ayudado mucho. Libros como este deberían ser nuestro pan de cada día para liberar a tantas personas mayormente mujeres que sufren de dependencia emocional y maltrato. Muchas gracias
