Poor

I'm just going to be blunt. This installment is, by far, the weakest of them all. It's full of repetition and whining. We KNOW they're going to get married. I don't need to hear it every few paragraphs. I know they're sad about people dying. I don't need to be reminded every few paragraphs. I know they love each other. I don't need to be reminded every few paragraphs. See how annoying that is? I'm not impressed and so much of the drama with the irrelevant side stories dragged out, I started skipping forward to get passed repetitive thoughts and descriptions until something started happening.

The narrator for the first two books always sounded bored when she read, but at least she used better accents to fit the characters. This narrator is a better reader but goes overboard with the Russian and German themed dialogue. It's kinda cringey.

This Series Owns Me!

My heart and my mind belong to this series!!! I have laughed and I have cried and I have been heartbroken and fallen in love. This is a rollercoaster of emotions that you just have to ride! The narrator is meh, which really breaks my heart as Vhalla is one of my very favorite characters and I want to always be excited for anything involving her.
