I decided I don't read American mysteries - they rarely sound interesting. Even the illustrations on the covers does nothing to lure me in....
Then, I bought this title. Loved it. From the
beginning to the end. The high desert of Oregon, so interesting. A mortician's career,
very interesting. Nothing gory, BTW.
A genuine mystery that unfolds so quietly.
I was sucked in before I knew it. I sure hope for another one from this author/ narrator.
