I so love this series. This is book 2 in the Immortal Ops series and is a stand alone book with a wonderful HEA. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. The narrator does an awesome job with all the characters and brings them to life. Roy is a typical hot guy with commitment issues and Missy is perfect for him.

I stalk Audible waiting for another book in this series to appear

This is Missy and Roi's story. Full of action, humor, and, of course, hot sex. These two meet in the first book, Immortal Ops, but really get know one another here.

I think it would help to read this series in order. There are a few that still need to come out in audio (I'll be stalking Audible until they arrive)

Mason Lloyd is the narrator. He always does a great job. I have purchased books just because he reads them.

Spending a credit on this would be a credit well spent.

Funny, suspenseful story that will keep you on the edge of your seat as these two characters try to ignore their feelings and each other. They’ll have to work together to save each other and their fellow teammates. A new group of agents will be revealed. An attraction that even though they try can’t be ignored. Critical Intelligence will keep you coming back for another installment of these sexy, funny characters. As they make appearances in several books and there are more characters to come, you’ll never run out of stories to keep you entertained whether you’re reading or listening. Mandy M. Roth has a great series that you’ll be anxious to delve into over and over again.

Loved it

I absolutely loved listening to this one. Roi and Missy are absolutely enjoyable to read about. I loved the way they banter. I love Mandy M. Roth writing style. She has a style that is absolutely awesome to read.

Great story with a KICK a$$ female

I absolutely loved the audio version of this book. I read the original, the 2016 Anniversary extended version, and now listened to audio and it just keeps getting better. Missy knows something is different about the "team" but she is not quite human herself, but masks herself so they think she is. Roi has been head over heels for Missy, a little hell cat, since meeting her. She is all he thinks of. Now her life is in danger and he feels an overwhelming need to protect her. I love the comical alpha attitude he puts off and sticks his foot in his mouth numerous times. Missy is not one to sit back and take that mess. She is way more than meets the eye and I absolutely love her.
