I love this hilarious series!

Really funny characters, hilarious and vulgar and just totally enjoyable. The banter totally reminds me of playing D&D with my friends back in high school. Love the whole series and this entry keeps ramping up the stakes and the comedy.

a good continuation of the original storyline

A good continuation of the original storyline. If you liked The previous 4 novels you will enjoy this one as well. It has a lot less of "whiny Tim" in it.

D&D is back with a vengeance and barrel of laughs.

better than most. characters never level up

I like how the characters never level up. I could do with aa bit less gay humor. it passed the time alright

Abrupt cliffhanger...why? Still loved it.

These books make me laugh out loud...in public ... at images of raunchy fantasy beasts ...

You look like you just lost a game of Jumanji.

It's Potty Humor All the Way Down

It's an enjoyable read, but more of a "connector" novel in the series. If you enjoyed the first four, just keep going.

This ended too early.

I would rather wait a few more months and get the full story. It was fun but needed more.

fun and dirty

Full of branching plotlines and crude humor. It's a fun ride with few slow points. If I could make any changes, they would be to reduce Denise's screen time and cut down on Kat's "is this racist?" recurring theme

Ha! Don’t let your kids listen to these.

Well, maybe it would loosen up your kids if they’re tightwads. This book series will have you crapping your pants from laughter, and then if that happens we can call you Cooper. (Listen to the book and you’ll get the joke, c’mon)
Seriously though, Critical Failures is a break from the norm and is worth every second.
