terrific series!
each book gets better and better. I love this series. action, intrigue, love and loyalty, it's all here! I will say that the readers of each book has gotten better with each successive book. the first book had a terrific story but the reader wasn't quite up to snuff but I'm happy to say that this has changed with each book in the series. this series along with the werewolf academy series after it are a must read for those who love the paranormal. while this may be seen by some as a YA series I'd recommend it to anyone with a thirst for a great story and a paranormal twist. happy reading!

Once Dead but Alive Again!
Cheree Alsop is an amazing author. I absolutely LOVE The Silver series. I think that Crimson book #3 and Violet book #4 are my favorite two stories thus far. I enjoy that Alsop continues to write in new characters, yet still brings back the characters that started thIis series off, Jaze, Jet, Mouse, and Nikki, among others. Her development of the characters is done extremely well throughout the story. This story has plenty of action, sadness, happiness, and a variety of twists and turns along the way. I really enjoyed the new characters in the series, Kaynan and Grace. I also should admit that Mouse is my favorite character out of them all. I hope Cheree Alsop will write a book all about Mouse, maybe she has already, I'll soon found out. I don't like giving anything away in a story but I will mention that I thought it was humorous when Kaynan has his fur died to try and make him blend in with a dog but it doesn't work out when he sees the vet. A great series for teens but adults will enjoy it as well.
Alexander Edward Trefethen did a great job with his narration of this story. I thought he did a really good job distinguishing accents and voices. I did think at the start of the story that I wasn't sure how his female voices were going to be because I thought it was still not feminine enough at the start of the story but as the story continued he seemed to get more comfortable and the female characters voices sounded much more feminine. I thoroughly found myself immersed in this story and so engrossed that I felt as if I was inside the story and ended up burning the hamburger I was cooking for supper. Crimson was a perfectly written story, with a great performance, and overall, a perfect 5 star rating!
