Publisher's summary

The clones of Project Osiris are free - but they're being hunted....

After their narrow escape from their "perfect" hometown, Eli, Tori, Amber, and Malik are finally in the real world and determined to expose the leaders of Serenity. They decide to track down Tamara Dunleavy, the mysterious billionaire and founder of Project Osiris. Evading capture by breaking laws and sneaking into houses, hotels, buses, and cars - are they becoming the criminals they were destined to be?

What they discover will change everything, leading them straight into the Plastic Works and the heart of the experiment in order to uncover the deadly criminals they're cloned from - and any evidence that will convince the outside world to believe the truth. But the outside world isn't exactly what they expected - strangers aren't just unfriendly, they're dangerous. And the wrong move could send them right back into the arms of Dr. Hammerstrom - and trapped in Serenity for good.

On a breakneck journey from Jackson Hole to a maximum security prison, Eli, Tori, Amber, and Malik will stop at nothing to take Project Osiris down.

Great narration and story!

I love the multi-perspective style of Gordon Korman. Hearing how everyone reacts to the same situation makes the story 10x more interesting. This series of great for elementary/middle school kids! Would definitely recommend. {yeet}

This book

This is an amazing book. I love the different characters that read. Two of the characters voices sound the same. If you have a chance to get the book, you won’t want to put it down. When I started, I didn’t put the book the book down until chapter 4! This is the best book I’ve ever read!!!

I this is amazing just like the first book

I really like the first book and this one is just good. It was pretty sad when hector died and it was nice when he came back but I was very surprised when it was revealed that he had betrayed them. I liked him quite a bit and I’ve gotten invested into the story and it’s characters so these events were emotional, everything was amazing. I’m looking forward to listening to the next book in the series.

STORY WAS SUPER GOOD ALONG WITH THE READING

I really enjoyed the performance. The story was very good also. I would recommend to anyone. Spoiler - I didn't like the part where hector sold them out. I know it added a lot and moved the story, but he might as well be dead. I hope malik completely rekts hector in payback.

I would have given this 5 stars but

Let me start off by say I loved this book when I was younger so when I heard that there was an audio book I was super excited so I spent my credit and listened I liked it but I don’t like how the voices for the other people changed I’m fine with each chapter a different person narrating but why change the other voices I would recommend instead have different people narrating but don’t change the other voices based on that otherwise this book is amazing 👍👍👍 hopefully you (the company) will listen to me

8th Grade Middle School

Phenomenal Sequel! It jumps right into where the 1st book left off. The action is superb. Each character evolves into true MasterMinds. Their uncanny ability to work out problems is beyond amazing. Korman did a spectacular job on his 2nd book. It is a page turner! My students loved it. The dynamic between Malik and Amber is hilarious. The budding "romance" between Eli and Tori is cute. The overall dynamic of all of the character interactions is amazing. My students are looking forward to the 3rd installment. I am too!
