    It is 7am in November 2017. Who is driving under the influence at that time? You would be shocked at how many people get arrested for DUI from 7am to 11am, and Mr. Cumsille is another one. But unfortunately, he did not just get pulled over for driving like an asshole. He did something unforgivable.
