I loved it! Everything easy to understand and many things I want to research now. For anyone who feels like they didn't get a fair chance at the world. I like the 5R's system they used to help with health.

Wonderful Book, Difficult Narration
This is a fascinating, scientific book from a mature and wisened writer. Unfortunately the narrator consistently comes off as an overly saccharine, almost breathlessly excited 20-year old at times. Through everything from foundational verses to sobering topics like child loss - it’s an odd and even jarring fit for the great content.

Excellent book!
After listening I bought the paper back and will now be listening and reading together! A great book to begin the study of the human brain while giving credit to its creator!

Amazing!
I would recommend this book above all others (except for the Word of God) to anyone! no matter what walk in life you are at you should be greatly benefitted from this book. I'm no mama though, I am a husband and father, it seems geared for moms but I don't know why it should not be just as geared for dads.

good info, annoying narration
narrator spoke as if this was a breaking news story, the entire book! however, the constant citations and references at the end of the book are extremely helpful in learning about neuroplasticity. I enjoyed the feeling of Hope in regards to dealing with children with autism, or adults with past trauma.

This book puts complex information on neuroplasticity and how it affects our families into the hands of mamas in an easy to understand book. It is very practical and will empower you to change your life and the lives of your children for the better. (It’s easier than you might expect!)
