Continuation of the first book. Now that we are familiar with the story, this is easy to get into. Interesting storyline but really weird format. Didn’t mention this in my review of book one but the author has chosen to use weird names for standard concepts like air and time. This makes the story harder to follow because you’re often translating the weird words to familiar ones that we know. Very disconcerting and constantly pulling you out of the story. As this is now built into the story, I have no doubt that it will continue for the rest of the series.
