Very interesting

I always stress out too much. I have no idea what happens to me when it happens, but this book explains it very well and focuses on the stress hormone we all choose to ignore. More importantly, it talks about tips and solutions to reduce cortisol.

Wow

Wow! Wow! Wow! I didn't realize that the biggest stress cause was the cortisol in my system. I like that this book goes over how to reduce cortisol. Great solutions.

Interesting stuff

I never thought of the impact of cortisol, and what causes that neurotransmitter or hormone to be released in our system. Great information.

Yeah!!!

I love little books like this! Stressing out is such a bad thing, especially with all those individuals having burnouts around me.

5 stars!

Well, maybe 4.5 because it wasn't perfect. But for the price it's a great deal if you ask me. Thanks.

Stress kills

I didn't realize it before, but so many things that relate to our health, have something to do with cortisol and stress hormone production. Very nice book. I loved it.

I looked for other books with the same keywords and couldn't seem to find them. This is definitely the best one.

Got this

This was one of the recommended books by Audible. I see now why they recommend it. There aren't that many books on this topic, and even though the information isn't new, of course, having an audiobook in that sense, IS! So that's why I liked it.

Cortisol in a nutshell

This book summarizes it really well. The toxic stress hormone needs to be reduced, if not eliminated. Information like this can help with that.

Best book on the topic

Did you see any other books on this topic? I sure didn't. Quinn Spencer sure picked a non-competitive niche to publish a book in. Good job, Quinn. I liked the narrator too.

Yeah!

A book that says it all, a book that will tell you to reduce stress not just by doing less but focusing your mind on the most important priorities and knowing your limits.

Excess cortisol sufferer

I found this podcast to be helpful in some ways, however much of the info on the subject & explanations as to what to do about high cortisol levels is repeated over & over again. Could be cut down to half the time
