loved story line

I loved this book. the story line was unique and fun. a refreshing change to romance in the shifter world.

Copper King

This was a really fun read. I like shifter romances. Most are darker than this though. I loved the HEA.

Would you consider the audio edition of Copper King to be better than the print version?

Good however sometimes when narrators try to give the voice of the opposite sex to a character different from themselves it lacks authenticity.

What did you like best about this story?

Enjoyed the growth of Lily and the softening of Jim. I enjoyed the men's friendship antics.

It was a light-hearted romance with billionaire womanizer finding a sweet young thing he is not only attracted to but drawn to protect. She becomes stronger and he suddenly wants more than one night. The end is a surprise for both of them and a steamy but fun romance.

Nicely done again Ms. Arend. So very good for a shorter story!
I met these characters previously in another novel if listened to. I didn't know about this one. It still fit the characters so well and I enjoyed them so! looking forward to the next!

Decent Story, Good narration

This was an interesting story. It was short so not full of filler moments but I would have liked it to be a bit longer as it would have developed the characters a little more. I liked Jim as a hero, he was strong, handsome, rich and sexy. I also liked Lillie's character. But again a bit underdeveloped. The chemistry was good between the two and yes they did like to have sex a lot of it. So this short story is not rated G by no means.

The story line and plot was good. I liked the little twist there at the end. And like I said if the story had been a little longer the characters and the story line could have been more developed, resulting in a much better story. There is a lot of dialogue throughout the story, and I like lots of dialogue. So that was a plus.

As for the narration, it was good I like Tatiana Sokolov a/k/a Tanya Eby. She does a good narration, the men sound like men. Everyone gets their own distinct voice and she reads with emotion.

Another awesome book with characters that really pull you into the story and their life. The narrator is awesome. Just love Vivian's books.

This was a great interesting read and listening to it was pure pleasure. I love this series and the characters are so fun and interesting love the way the narrator brought the story to life and made the characters so interesting. Can’t wait for book two.
