Wonderful book

Lori Foster has such an interesting way of mixing a love story with the right balance of drama and hotness and happily ever afters.

The conflict the main characters resolve are real and believable with resolutions that never feel contrived.

I’ve never read a Lori Foster novel that I didn’t love.

Good storyline but too much sex

This is an easy read that flows well. it's a romance so I expected some sex. but about half way through the book every other chapter was graphic descriptions of sex that were too long for me. I wanted to get back to the plot, after all, I was reading the book for the story not the sex.

5 Stars across the board!

So glad I used my Audible credit on this book! I've never been disappointed by a Lori Foster book, but I liked the lighter mood set by the cover and the dog on it. In true Foster fashion, there was lots of mystery, romance, sexy times, danger and family thrown together to create a story I'm sure I will listen to again (and I don't usually do that!).
Phoenix and Cooper were just meant for each other. Each had something painful in their past and being together helped assuage the ache and help them get past the traumas together. Ridley Rose, who was Phoenix's sister (and who had a killer name by the way), was a bit of a surprise. She was a rather complicated character who scored the second romance in the book. I loved both of them! I loved Cooper most of all--protective guys certainly do it for me.
The narration by Erin Bennett was outstanding!
Definitely 5 stars and well worth reading!

Narration killed the story

Terribly robotic sounding narration. She sounds almost like the default voice on a car GPS.

Wonderful Story

A great story. I enjoyed Ms. Bennett’s narration/performance. Ms. Foster is one of my favorite author’s. I can always count on lively characters and good flow to the story.

hot, and steamy. Two love stories in one. A cute puppy to boot. plenty of charm.

Just Perfect!

I loved everything about this book. The storyline kept me interested and the performance of Erin Bennett was impeccable. I honestly have no complaints. One of my favorite quotes from the book was the very last lines “they’d both come to the resort to escape their pasts, but in the process had found a way to live again. Coopers Charm..... it was more than a getaway. It was a future, as long as they were together.” I would recommend this audiobook to anyone who enjoys a storyline that covers all range of emotions! It was funny, sad, sweet, suspenseful, steamy and romantic.
