Terrible. Worst performance Ive listened to.

The narrator made a lot of mistakes. You could hear her breathe out to take a moment before the next paragraph. She repeated her words to restart when she misread a sentence. There is an obvious edit where they inserted a clip to correct something she said in the original reading. She reads like she is trying to just get done with it. The information presented is on a jr high school level . This is by far the worst Audible product Ive purchased.

Basic and impractical

Basic material, presented without supporting evidence. Bonus points for the conciseness, but it makes it dense, which requires a carefully paced delivery. The delivery is way too fast, and doesn't pause between key ideas.

insightful and helpful

As insightful and helpful as a book can get without having someone demonstrate the techniques to you. Thankfully there were a lot of examples so you could easily get a feel for the author's points, which were mostly new and novel to me. i don't think I have a problem with being a doormat but this book still helps with some argument tactics.Really enjoying with useful tips.

pretty book

It is thoughtful and follows an easy to follow procedure to structure successful conversations with anyone. I also realized that I was making a few logical fallacies when I was talking to people without even realizing it. It probably made them think I was dumb sometimes so I'm glad I know the difference . I am grateful that I bought this book to help me out with everything in my day to day life.
