I love how plain Wayne makes it

Wayne does not disappoint. He explains how to change your thoughts to inspire better choices. Easy to follow.

Poorly put together

Seems preview is no longer an option? I wish I would have read the reviews prior to wasting money on this poorly put together compilation of random talks, weird “training course” style music and getting kinda yelled at about stuff we already know in general.

Outdated thinking

Wasted money on this one. Over simplified definitions of overcoming addiction. Being an addict I’ve dealt with struggles for years. Last one is smoking, this was no help.
