It works!!!

I have a horrible anger management issue. My temper goes off at the drop of a hat and is explosive. In the first few days of having this book, I have noticed a huge difference with my anger. It no longer rages out of control. I can do things to deal with my emotions in a proactive manner.

Self help this book.

This book will sure help me about dealing with my emotions issues. Do I fly off the handle? Of course. Who doesn't? This book will help me deal with my issues since I almost took an old grumpy cashier's head off in the Dollar store for talking to me very rudely and unprofessional.

Mindful!

I received this book for free. Good book on recognizing the separation from your mind and yourself. You mind runs away with thoughts and I have heard this called the lizard brain, I think because on the primal nature. It’s always aware and running loops in your head. This book helps you become aware of it, and control it. Great guide and advice.

I have yet to understand it fully!

Providing proven tips and steps. the best and the easiest way to improve my emotional intelligence. Our emotions can motivate our behavior, all the examples and research is a simple and helpful method for learning. however, it connected several of the dots and provided some valuable exercises. I have yet to understand it fully.
