Practical Content Strategy & Marketing isa banquet

The book explores in detail how to create a hook, the content pillars that you need to build to drive traffic and engagement. "Build your house", she says. Make sure you have the foundations of core content. Develop the platforms you own (e.g. your blog) before you start on other networks. One of the best investments I've made. In a world increasingly full of books with snackable advice that leaves you wanting more, Practical Content Strategy & Marketing is a banquet.

I Impress this book Informative and deep knowlegde

Thanks, Ralf Percy for this really awesome book, and for showing young brands and marketers that the way to prioritize and grow is with focus … instead of floundering meaninglessly in the vast layers and labyrinths of the confusing digital space, with a product in hand and no customers on the horizon. The book, in my opinion, qualifies academically as a primary reading for undergraduate level courses and a supplementary reading for MBA level courses. The book provides a solid case for how content should drive our sales funnel efforts.

I really enjoyed this book and gleaned a lot of helpful information and steps to follow for content creation. Some of the informatiin was meant more for large companies with teams. I was ready for a change and this book convinced me I not only can do it, I need to do it.

Good info, concisely presented .

Good info concisely presented and directly to the point.
It basically starts by giving you a breakdown of what Content Marketing is and how it’s traditionally used and discusses what still works today. This book-length is 3 hrs and 4 mins and narrated very easy and simple words so I find good helpful knowledge for own self especially.

Helpful Knowledge for Business.

It makes the case that the content experience is just as important as the content itself. Great content that provides value is table stakes for any B2B organization, and that is not under discussion. The core of the book is the content experience framework, which supports how to personalize content experiences at scale.

Excellent book.Highly recommended..

Excellent book and sound advice that goes beyond the content marketing buzzword and focuses on providing value-first advice for people who are doing their pre-purchase research. I especially appreciated the strategies shared for getting the Sales team involved in what it typically viewed as "Marketing's job". The author lays out a great process for winning them over and getting them actively producing content of value to the company's prospects and customers. There are too many tools out there, a marketer should pick just the ones that matter for that company. If you're willing to do the work, this book gives you the precious knowledge that only an expert can impart. It could literally shave years off the difference between the job you have now and your future as a freelance writer making a good living.
I would recommend this book to all the PR and marketing pro that want to get an overall description of the challenges and new opportunities marketers face with new media. Highly recommended..
