Liane Schneider är född 1957 i Tyskland. Hon har skrivit om karaktären Conni sedan 1990, och publicerat över 60 böcker som översatts till över 30 språk. Schneider har studerat konst och kemi och arbetar som lärare.
Eva Wenzel-Bürger är grafiker och barnboksillustratör. Hon har illustrerat flera av böckerna om Conni.
