Perfectly describes why I have no friends.

This book is great. Every chapter is clearly detailed without becoming convoluted.
A lot of what you will read is like bringing logic to something you already knew but didn’t fully understand. I love this book and applying the principals has transformed my personal and professional lines of communication.
My only complaint is that the listed chapters are not the same as the verbally announced chapters within the reading.

Good leads and conversation on lost elements

If you're like me you're always on the prowl for leads to be a better talker. This book covers all the basics, but not in the length of some other ones like Win Friends and Influence people.

There's homework that will draw your attention to cutting out common mistakes and how to give people better opportunity in conversing with you and how to change your mindset on achieving a connection.

The main thing I used most recent was bringing up some taboo questions with some old high school friends of mine and it turned into a long conversation about addressing our faults.

Don't let this not being one of those million-review sales books defer you, this book is a gem and well worth your attention!

Common sense always welcome, never too much

I took this book as a compliment of How to make friends.. it is great book to read 1.5 speed whilst traveling or commuting.

It stresses attitudes that improves your communication health.

I recommend it. For someone could be common sense. But not everyone evolve the same, so it is useful to have a book that shows you this behaviours and gives you security on your behaviour.

think about How you interact with the world

Good information clear and to the point about how connections are made and how people. Perceive each other In social interactions It covers most likely scenarios. Although it didn't really go Too much in depth in to Judgment and social exclusion which I thought it would cover a bit more. Patrick does touch on it, but basically just keeps it about your attitude and doesn't really go into Reading Someone else with a judgmental attitude.

Overall, I definitely do recommend this book. It covers a lot of good Things And gives you a good format to think about How you interact with the world.

Great book

This book provided tons of examples to help illustrate it's points in each chapter. Can't wait to begin using this new information.

Easy listen

Good info, but nothing really new. Treat people the right way and be more present in the moment.

Very banal and basic, did not meet expectations

Basic story, no new insights... was expecting more and am sad to say it's one of the millions of banal self development books
