Hard to listen to

I think the content is lost in the voice of this narrator. I thought it had a lot of good ideas, but it's not the best book to listen to. It would probably come through better if read by one's self.

Terrible.

Terrible. This book is not based on any evidence-based treatment techniques for working with young people who are suffering from self esteem.
Young people cannot relate to this book, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone
