Confidence is one of the keys to success!

I recommend Confidence formula to all people who want to be more confident in themselves! The book covers the overview of what self-confidence and self-esteem are, how your past experiences shape your self-confidence, the cause of low self-esteem, and tips on how to improve your self-confidence. As a regular meditator, I never thought that meditation can be used s a tool to help improve self-esteem but after listening to this audiobook, I can see why it would be beneficial!

Helpful, quick listen

Put this audiobook in the category of "good bang for your buck." At just over three hours, it's a quick, yet effective, listen. It covers everything from goal settings to past life experiences in order to explain where self-esteem and self-confidence come from. I leave this audiobook having a better understanding of both topics as well as how to cultivate more of each one. I recommend it!

Great book!

This book helps with turning negative into positive. Negative self-talk is one of the most damaging things we can do to ourselves, and this books shares some useful exercises which can help us with improving self-esteem and self-confidence so we can experience life in more positive way.
