• Knowledge is everything - Own I am a People Pleaser or whatever the it is.  From this point you can create anything.
• Always ask questions.  Questions create curiosity.   It is never a sign of weakness that you do not know it all.
• Never be afraid to ask for help.   It affords other people to contribute to you.  You don't have to do it all all of the time.
• Look for mentors to help get you to the next level.
• Acknowledge everything about yourself - the good, the bad and the ugly.   Own it.  Once you know where and how you operate,
• you can adjust accordingly to go in the direction you wish to go.
