Publisher's summary

Confession #1: I used to be a puck bunny, but after a hockey player broke my heart, I gave up all things hockey. Now I’m just focused on finding a way to pass my math class so I can graduate college.

Confession #2: Ryder “Ox” Maddox’s deep, sexy voice sends fuzzy tingles through my entire body, and I’m powerless to stop it. Which is a big problem since the hot, surprisingly funny hockey player is my new math tutor.

Confession #3: I can’t stop thinking about how ripped Ryder is from all his hockey training, and how fun it’d be to cross lines with him.

Confession #4: I kissed a hockey player and I liked it.

Confession #5: If I’m not careful, I might relapse and fall for Ryder, and then I’ll be totally pucked.

Series was good

This series was good and I liked it. This book was good. I liked Lindsey and Ryder, but I wasn't always happy with Ryder. He spent all this time pursuing Lindsey then decides that maybe they shouldn't be together after he finally gets her to agree to date him. And the whole thing with his mother and father, I saw that coming from a mile away. It was over all a good book and a great ending to the series. I really enjoyed CJ Bloom but I wasn't the biggest fan of Adam Verner.

Entertaining YA hockey romance

This was a cute story that I did enjoy listening to for the most part. CJ Bloom is definitely a talented performer, but her "male" voice is not my favorite. Overall the performance and the story is entertaining, cute and a little angst ridden. It was pleasant and entertaining if you are in YA romances. Overall I am happy to recommend.

Loyalisa30

This was my first book by Cindi Madsen and I am pleasantly surprised with the enemies to lovers college romance. I loved that Ryder had more substance than the usual dumb jock despite his interfering parents and that Lindsey was smart enough to reform her puck bunny ways and persevere in spite of a few obstacles in her way. CJ Bloom and Adam Verner did an excellent job narrating! They both expressed the emotions of the storyline perfectly when light and funny were needed or sad and touching. It was an enjoyable read

Great series!

I just finished listening to this series back to back. I truly enjoyed the stories. They were sweet with a lot of humor and just the right amount of angst. The characters also felt very authentic.

I did listen to the series as part of the Audible Romance Package. Thus series is one of the truly hidden gems offered through this package.

Great Read!

I really enjoyed listening to this book. I was hooked from the very first book of this series and I am glad that this book was just as great as the other book.

Spin on the typical rom-com

Confessions of a Puck Bunny is a fun twist on the typical romance novel. In the dozens of hockey romance books I've read, puck bunnies are always shamed. This one isn't different, except that it shows the other side - one of those bunnies sees the error of her ways and stops chasing players around. In fact, she goes out of her way to avoid anything and anyone to do with hockey. This works fine until she's pursued hardcore by our quiet Heroine. He wants her in the worst way. They go through the typical ups and downs as we see in most romantic novels. I knocked it down to 3 stars because part of the angst and issues between the couple have to do with miscommunication (or zero communication). That's my least favorite trope. But it still wasn't drawn out badly like others I've read.

Overall, it's a fun read and a good end to the series.
