I felt they commercialized the discipline of cultivating mindfulness over a lifetime into a pitch team trying to focus on a quick realization of how we think and why. Feel this audio book was meant to deliver to western business culture as a teaser of how they can come in and teach your workers a twisted version of work more fore greater good.

I was expecting it to be about Karma. It was disappointing that to me, the title didn't seem to fit the recording.
