Muy explicativo. A veces complejo de comprender.
Está muy bueno ya que aporta mucho para el autoconocimiento que es la base para abordar problemas de salud que devienen del insomnio por ejemplo. A veces se pone muy complejo en algunas definiciones por lo tanto sería bueno escucharlo varias veces, quizas tomar algunas notas y luego buscar de ampliar información.
En definitiva muy recomendable.
