It's written in a way that would make it useful to any type of professional.I found it a very well written and useful book. I am a statistician by profession and honestly, I often struggle to engage my non-technical audience!!!

This book is amazingly helpful. It is interesting, practical, life changing if put in practice. There are examples of successful ,really helping me to not just talk or preach at the congregations, or even one on one, but to truly connect with them. I will be using this quite often to check myself.

Its a very well structured book for communication, i just wished the chapters were titled instead of just numbered to go back to them.
