Worth the time
The first year we struggled to finish it (with six kids). The second year we tried again and prioritized the time for it. We did the extra scripture reading that was suggested and discussed the themes mentioned in depth.

Best advent Devotional available
Come, Let Us Adore Him is my favorite advent devotional. I look forward to reading it every year is a beautiful reminder of the amazing story that is the true meaning of Christmas; the birth of Jesus. It is well written and the narrated version is just as good. Everyone should start the Christmas season with this book! It will forever change the way you celebrate Christmas. It makes a wonderful gift as well!
