BEST SPACE OPERA SERIES I'VE READ IN AGES!

COLFYR is one of those edge of your seat adventures that should come with the warning, "DON'T START BEFORE BEDTIME, YOU'LLBE UP ALL NIGHT !" I listened until I fell asleep and started again first thing the next day. Treat yourself and start with book one, The Shepherd, and have book 3, Lynxeen, waiting in your stash, because you'll want to listen to them in order and back to back. There are terrific surprises built into every adventure - err - book.

Tia Rider does an excellent job with the narration and with all of the characters.
This series is good enough for a TV series, and a hero that we desperately need now!

Perfect balance

I enjoyed the careful balance of description and action. I haven’t regretted reading any book I’ve read by Robert Kerns.

weak ending

great book until the last few chapters. they allow easy down. and the ending is really lame
