It was supposed to be a time of relaxation after having spent a few days moving those cattle to market. Any thought of quiet time vanished when he opened the door to his brother’s house.

Great story/ excellent narration!

Love the audible book. Have enjoyed several other of the authors books. Much interesting firearms details shared with his readers.

Awesome Story!

I love how CJ Petit tells a story. He doesn’t put a lot of long waited out dilemmas and gets to the point. The story “ Cole” is about a young mother needing help and understanding from a situation she had no control over. The young girl is sent a night and shining hero and given the chance to heal and trust again.

Wonderful Read

Plenty of action.Very great story.. Lots of twists and turns.Hard to put down. Worth it.

How good people were rewarded, while the bad always lost.

I enjoyed the slower pace of life, and the evolution of weapons, and other things that changed life in the 19th century.

Not very believable

Very boring. Drags along. This story was very difficult to finish. The actions of the characters are not logically.
