What a book!

This book introduced me to specific cognitive behavioral therapy techniques that can help everyone overcome anxiety, depression. I was able to learn a variety of methods for mastering thoughts and emotions, and gaining control over mental illness.An overall great book with lots of information.

The best CBT book on Audible

I’ve listened to about 12 books on Audible regarding CBT. This was the best. Why? Excellent narrator. Multiple issues addressed. Easily understandable. Full of practical exercises. Simple measures useful at a moments notice or as part of a long term plan to increase personal function and growth.

A valuable CBT resource.

what's more better than listening from an experienced person who has dealt with depression and all and yet, able to come out strong. it's a profound book that has captured my attention in the first place. i didn't know there's more to CBT than I thought I knew.

Very helpful and Easy Listening

Very helpful and now I need to buy the print version to fully take advantage of the worksheets in the back. At times his voice was soothing and I could totally relate to the feelings​ of anxiety. Overall, good book!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The book moved me and wake my self confidence when it said that I am the key on what I will be tomorrow and on the future. That I can do all things with proper mindset and having confidence that I can do it because I am the master of myself.
