Purposeful and Helpful book

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a really purposeful and helpful book to empower those who need to learn why they may feel or behave the way they do. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that treats problems and boosts happiness by modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. Great Book.
