A lot of info and not a lot of practical help.

This is in no way a "cure" as the title claims, chapter after chapter of fairly standard information about what depression and anxiety is, but bearly a mention of CBT! I am in the last section of the book and still no sign of CBT so I am wondering if they mis-titled this book. All the other reviews are very misleading and this is in no way a comprehensive guide to CBT.

If you want a good foundation of what anxiety is, then this is a good place to start but do not get this book if you are looking for practical CBT help.
