Great book!

I bought this as a gift and decided to listen a bit before passing it along to make sure it was what I was looking for. I have to say I was impressed with how easy it reads. As someone who uses CBT I would definitely recommend this to a newbie looking to use it in everyday life. I’m getting a copy to have on hand for my adult children.

Find a better way to deal with anxiety!

CBT offers a helpful way to balance out anxiety and depression. Learn how to understand your feelings and work through them. You aren't going to learn to avoid feeling the things that cause you fear or sadness - instead, you'll learn how to train your brain to react differently.
I love the lessons in this book. It's an excellent workbook for anyone wanting to learn to dispel anxiety and depression and live a more balanced life.

Great book!

This book is simple and straightforward. It's great that you can skip chapters if they don't pertain to what you're working on. I haven't finished it yet, but it's so far been very helpful. Worth checking out if you're working on yourself and want a clear-cut depiction of how to do it.
