I really like it. This book has been around for awhile but current MBA programs have begun focusing on emotional intelligence in the classroom. It is an amazing interesting concept that, when understood, can help with navigating organizations. Highly recommend this book.

Great read, lots of value.

Great read and is on my list to read again. It has a lot of the same information that I have accumulated from other sources and in life, however it connected several of the dots and provided some valuable exercises. This is a good reference to have around when you find yourself less than excited about life and the people you share it with.
