This is a great audiobook is well

It's easy to feel depressed and anxious.

I actually liked the audible book

I actually liked the audible book in that you talked about CBT more toward the end, and then it compared them to some of the other less philosophical, thought. I guess it's unfair to call different religions less philosophical than CBT.
