Very educational and fun to listen to.

Very Informative!

This audio book can be used as a resource to help a person break bad habits, learn how to control anxiety, and also show so many ways to use this book. There are several chapters within this audio book that I found very useful and will be looking at again. I have enjoyed learning more about CBT and this author knows what he is talking about.
