This is a great introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Looks good so far and lots of info. I tend to put books down that don't grab my interest right away but I will listen to this book. Recommend this book.

Great book.

But with the help of this guide I also learned that CBT can also be used for mentally healthy people to increase their productivity, overall satisfaction in life and solve specific problems in different spheres of life and just master their cognitive and emotional state. It was an interesting listen and full of helpful advice.
