terrible quality

gave it a few tries. thought I'd get past the monotonous robot-like recording with weird pauses and abrupt endings of sentences and start of new chapter. since there was barely any inflection in the voice of the person reading it was hard to follow and focus on what they were saying. finally gave up on hour 2 of the book. the book itself might have had a chance but the performance totally ruined it.

great book

Full of great advice although it isn't for depression and anxiety exactly but self posture and voice control, how to recognize when someone is trying to manipulate and using power over you, how to react and desecrate their intentions regarding the situation of managing relationship.
